I'm a self taught web designer that has not designed for over a year. My skills are so rusty in recalling code.

I just received what should be a simple project and am nervous about it. I'm not sure what to do with this. Last year I could have knocked this out in about an hour or less, but now, I'm confused on how to go about this simple project.

Any and all prayers for help would be appreciated. I need to recall all my skills code wise and graphically to be able to do this. As well as prayers that I can remain healthy after almost 3 years of one thing after another and still some things to go through.
