One thing you can be sure of . When we have God in our life we never are alone. He is the best and most loving comfort we could ever want. He loves us all unconditionally. He offers us the peace we need and strength to work through all our difficulties. Never gives us more than we can handle without comforting when pain is unbearable. I find I listen to the sound machine I have with the Ocean sounds which help relax me and lets me rest. I used this when I was working my physical job and suffered from shingles for 9 months that it lasted. It carried me through the miserable pain, just the sounds of nature given us by God! No drugs they suggested I take for pain helped, nor did I want them. God helped me!
