Last January 29,2013 we started our small construction business with my best friend our main purpose is to be busy and earning is just secondary,I hired people whom I think that can help me since civil construction business is not my line of job I hired one foreman who according to him he knows how to handle construction works i also let him hire some workers, around 13 people were hired,After one month of observation i realized that nobody from the workers have enough knowledge in civil works even my foreman doesn't know how to read drawings, however, i did not give up i supervised them closely teach them how to interpret drawings and work properly after 4 months of training i had problem with the contractor's delayed schedule of pouring in one of our units so i decided to lay off the workers and only 4 of them were left including the foreman,much to my surprise i discovered that the foreman was negotiating with another person one of his church mate, to be one his financier, his plan is to have two financiers receiving two salaries at one time,( I still remember he was telling me to seldom visit the job site since he can manage) and finally i decided to terminate him including the two workers who are close relatives of him ,Now i personally hired 8 people direct from poor barangay from Bacolod,Negros ,the foreman is the uncle and the workers are all cousins of the only worker left with me and now working properly with only minimum supervision I explained to them the importance of good relationship with each other,we're not doing this to earn money but also to help people who need jobs, to send children to school, to provide their daily needs,So, please pray for these people who are working for me to be successful and also pray to those people who have sin against us that they may realize that they don't just work for the love of money but to help others ....Amen
