Pray for my friend Linda who has been unemployed for over a year that she will find a PERMANENT job that will pay her at least enough to pay for her house & bills if not the same rate of pay she used to make as a welder. As an extra bonus lets all pray that the job she finds will be her dream job that she loves as well. Amen

I pray that God will soften the heart of the 2nd lender so that he WILL postpone the foreclosure sale on my house tomorrow & let me finish the escrow process with my buyer instead. Please God turn him away from his greed in trying to take my home of over 24 years just because it has a lot of equity. I have a buyer who really wants my home & is quite able to pass all the loan process. I have worked so hard to get it sold & put so much time & all my extra money into it to get the right buyer. Now that I have the buyer the lender is really getting nasty. He said he will postpone the sale but he hasn't done it so far & the sale is tomorrow morning. He promised to let me go through the escrow but now says he is only going to postpone for 2 weeks & then maybe he will go longer. My closing date in February 17th. Please soften his heart & remove his greed. His loan is secure with the equity almost 10 times over. Do not let him do this so that I end up penniless & homeless in my 60's just because I became disabled. I am trying to do what is right & pay him so in Jesus name I pray that he does allow me to sell the home insted of tajking everything from me. AMEN!
