If you are asking to be transferred and they are denying you and forcing you to work at a job that's hard on you...while still writing you up...they are in the wrong. Make a complaint to their HR dept. They have no right to treat you that way. Trust that God will help you through this....while still knowing you are good enough to be treated right by your employer.
You are far from a burden. Don't listen to the enemy that's trying to break you. The harder it tries, the more important you are and don't realize. Take this time to create a change you've been wanting to make. Redefine yourself and truly get to know God's plan for your life, because I guarantee you have one. When you are tired, rest. It's ok to feel tired, it's ok to feel sad, it's ok to admit you're not ok and to get help. You are loved by the most high God, get to know why he loves you so much. Maybe it's time you love yourself as much 💗
Don't listen to your mind. It's the enemy breaking you down. Think of your mind like a crowded restaurant. It's a choice to pay attention to thoughts just like it's a choice to pay attention to other conversations in a restaurant. Distract yourself when this happens and don't identify with them. Take this as an opportunity for a change you've been wanting. It's easier to take your life than actually live it, but you are worth living it....even if there doesn't seem to be light at the end of the tunnel. But I guarantee you that there is light, you just need to open the curtains and allow it in.
Submit your prayer request. Thousands of caring people will see it and pray for you.
Take her advice....it will help. If it gets worse, go to the ER. I understand pain more than most, it is temporary...each day better or worse than before,,,,,but know those better days are around the corner. Even if it feels like you can't, know you can. And you will. Hang in there.
