I have a Facebook page under my pen name with over 8600 followers. Due to a security glitch, Facebook locked the account for safe keeping and is requesting me to upload a photo ID to unlock it. Since the page is under my pen name, I don't have a photo ID for this. I have tried desperately to contact someone at Facebook through all the forums and feedback options they provide, looking for a live person to help me. Even their public phone number is only a recording. I'm not sure why they make it so hard for someone to contact them, but I definitely need help with this.
