That my PTSD will not continue destroying me

All I ask is for a little bit of happiness. Someone to share that with. A clear mind. A refreshed spirit. And a little sign as to let me know that I did good, or I need to improve myself. I ask too much. If nothing is answered in a way, im ok with that. I will keep going.
