my boyfriend has a daughter with his ex girlfriend. She never let him see their child so we decided to get a lawyer. we've been through mediations, supervised visits, different agreements you name it and nothing has really been done. he has been seeing his daughter for a year now, about 2-3 days a week. They claim the daughter is terrified of my boyfriend. He told me that yes at first she was a little shy towards him but after the year has passed she came around. She has gotten used to seeing him all the time and she knows that's her dad, we think they are just making excuses. another thing is I have never met the child and My boyfriends mother hasnt seen the child in over 3 years. We've had this lawyer for a little over a year, spent $7000 and nothing has been done yet. He wants to be part of his daughters life but unfortunately his ex isn't really being so cooperative. We have been praying for a very long time and have put our issues in God's hands. We know he will take care of everything but it would be nice to have others praying for our situation too.
