I am going through a really rough time in my relationship with my fiancee. IT has been rough for almost a year now and I have been praying daily for the strength to have that tough conversation. Please pray for God's will to be done and the strength to handle whatever that may be.

I am really having trouble battling panic attacks. This has been going on for years and has in the last month have gotten so bad I have thought about ending my life. I know that God is here and always helping me, I am terrified. I do not know if I can handle this.
