Thank you Heavenly Father for all of my blessings and gifts. I am coming you humbly asking you to help me be the best mother you would have me to be. I am asking you for strength, courage and wisdom to do your will concerning the baby girl you have entrusted in my care. I am going to make sure that I raise her in the church and instill the morals and values I have had the privilege to possess. Thank you again Father and these things I pray in your darling son Jesus Name. Amen.
