I was in a terrible car accident w/my daughter(4yrs) and fiance and our finances are past overstrained,I never know if we will have heat or something to eat, I have 5 young children and am struggling to care for them as I am regularly sick with terrible anxiety and stomach probs,I feel like I don't know how to make my family work my relationship is complete mess cuz of the lack of money to get caught up,I need a miracle
