There are books called Prayers & Proclamations(page 31) written by Derek Prince and another one called Miracle Hour by Linda Schubert that would help you overcome your turmoil. As far as I know, these books have and are helping many people I know. If you have a kindle app, you can download it very cheap rather than buying actual books. Further search on Google for Prayer for Emotional Healing by Praying Medic Dave Hays, and he has a video with actual prayer. If you listen to that repeatedly, it will help on top of Praying(Miracle Hour), Confession(Prayers&Proclamations). Hope this helps to overcome your troubles.
