Father in Heaven, please allow it to be your will that the job that I interviewed for last week is given to me. Although, the meeting went well, I ask you to please show mercy upon me, and soften the heart of the owner who shunned me off once I was honest with him about things that are in my past. Father, your loving Son tells us that if we ask, it will be given, seek and it will be found, knock and the door will be opened for us. Father, I contacted this company and sought out the position, now I am asking that they do not judge me by my cover, but they invite me because of who I truly am inside. I ask you Father, that they see it is not their job to judge me - it is yours. I am a young widow, Father with a 4 year old son. Our economy is tough right now and I beg you to please show your mercy upon me and grace me with the opportunity of getting the position they are offering. I am begging you Heavenly Father to soften the manager's opinion of my past and to see that we all deserve a chance in life. Humbly, I cry out to you and I ask these things of you Heavenly Father, in Jesus' most precious name and through his most Sacred Heart. Amen
