So many people need homes to live in and either they can't afford it or they have bad credit , or they have a criminal background and are being denied. There has to be another way for them. I hope and pray for a change in this worldly system. The bible says after 7 years all debts are to be forgiven if you can't pay them off. The same needs to be for criminal background checks for reasonable cases. He who is without sin cast the first stone. Pray for a change to help those who are in these circumstances. There is assistance programs for down payments how about assistance with application guarantees? Just a thought for someone in need.
