Please give me wisdom and peace of mind

Help me to find a way back to my oldself. Idont know why I am a negative person for so long.

I don't know what should I do? I don't know where I am. Im lost, really lost for a long time. A lot of things bothering me, Im afraid to commit mistakes and receive criticism, too emotional and I know the problem is on me. I want to change and please help me to do it. I know GOD is always on my side. Im so down today
