Please pray for me I suffer with depression and anxiety and my mind is frazzled to a point that I cannot make sense of many things.

My prayer request is to keep a positive outlook and to keep looking forward to what lies ahead of me, to let go of the past and to keep believing that I am loved at all times by my Heavenly Father in all situations, to not allow fear to take over and cause me to spiral into negativity.
