Dear Jesus, you know the anguish I am feeling since Scott passed. Your word says that you are nearly the brokenhearted. Please be close to my children, his mom and myself. Hold us in the warm blanket of your love and the peace that passes all understanding. Thank you for my dear friends and acquired family. They are all so precious to me and were to Scott. Somehow let God glorified through the fellowship, ceremony, and if I speak let me show Jesus and let people know that Scott’s suffering and death was not in vain. Help me with the situation with his mom. Help me work through the animosity, and forgive her for the disrespect she showed Scott and me. I pray that today’s celebration honors and glorifies you lord.
