I am really struggling with a personal matter that I don't feel comfortable publicly posting. But it is causing me a great deal of anguish and pain. Please pray that I receive some sort of healing and that whatever happens is meant to be. Thank you.

I am obsessing over things that really don't matter. But I tend to mentally punish myself repeatedly by replaying the same things over and over again in my mind if I feel I have made a stupid mistake. Please pray for me to be delivered from this, as it is not from God.
