I am on the 8th day since my knee replacement and am in so much pain that I feel like crying. I know there are going to be easy days and hard days. They tell me that my recovery is ahead of schedule, but when you are hurting, that's all you can think about.

Please pray for me, that the pain will start to subside soon and that I will be able to really work on improving my balance and the ability to get around without the fear of falling.

I ask that God would help me get through this time and have faith that there is a light at the end of this tunnel of pain I am having to go through. I know that God will not put more on us than we can bear, but sometimes I start to wonder if there will ever be a day that the pain will not completely control me. Please God, please increase my faith.
