I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder, I refuse to take medication for it, I really need God's help, I know he is the best medication there is.
This disorder started after I experienced some scary moments I belive it is a form of post dramatic syndrome. I pray that I can walk out of the house and enjoy the things I did before and stop feeling affraid.
