My name is Sheila, I'm in a need of financial prayers, prayer for strength. I been staying at my mothers house because my lights and water has been turned off about 3 weeks because of non-payments. I've worked for a non-profit agency that targets young boys ages 16-24 that has been arrested, dropped out of high school or an high risk to society, this program assist them with education, construction courses and and lead them into becoming a productive tax paying citizens. After so many commitments from high city officials like the Mayor, City Council and other organizations that said they would help fund the program and to help pay for administration staff, but to no avail.
I feel homeless even though I'm at my mothers until some sort of relief comes, I am a member at Mt. Pleasant, I am a student enrolled online with Everest University, I am 50 years old I feel tired, don't know which way to go. Jacksonville Florida has agencies that supposed to help low-income people will utilities, rent etc. I've called the hot-line for the agency and made 537 attempts to get through but to no avail. I'm seeking for jobs to better myself. I need prayer to hold on and I know God will open doors for me and my family that living with separate family member or friends til we overcome this.
