My 8 year old son keeps clearing his throat and its bothering him, and its been happening everyday. He starts crying and its stressing me out. Im taking him to a doctor today just to ease his fear. 2 weeks ago he had croup and it scared him and myself so much. He woke up in the middle of the night and was gasping for air and a lot of mucus collected in his throat. I had to call 911 because I thought he was having a asthma attack.I think that he's afraid it may happen again, so he keeps clearing his throat. I dont want fear to take him over or for this to become a habit. I need a miracle to break this bondage of fear and sickness..
