Lord please hear my prayer, My father was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. My sister, mother and I are all in shock. I feel so sad, lost, defeated and numb and fearful. Lord I ask you to place your hands upon him, and take any pain away. Minimize his suffering. Please be with him and give them comfort and peace during this battle. I pray for Your hand over all of his care and that you will be with the doctors and health professionals whom will work with him. Watch over my family. Grant him courage when he is afraid. This sudden news to our family has devastated us all and we need your strength, as I personally feel I have almost none left. Help me release everything into your compassionate care.
