Almighty GOD, our Heavenly Father. I come to you as a sinner again. I have greatly sinned in my mind, words and actions. I have even asked for so many pardons. But I have failed you. I have returned back to the same sins I have repented and already asked forgiveness for. I hurt my wife. I lied, I cheated. The worst was, I've become a theft. I really repent my sins. I believe the unconditional Love of You, God the Father. That with the Most Precious Blood of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. You will cleanse my soul and spirit. And I will be forgiven. Only If I ask for it and obey Your Commandments. Now, I'm suffering from chronic unstable angina, due to Mitral Valve Prolapse. One of my heart valves is not properly functioning. I'm in deep pain everyday. I cannot breathe normally that makes me anxious every single day. I do not know if I am tested or getting sick now because of the things I have done before. Please pray for my recovery. I need to get my job back, so I can provide my own medical needs. I have to get well, so I can work again. In Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen. Thank you for your prayers.
