We are meeting a lady today who owns a town house write next door, to my sister- in-law the owner has it up for rent, needs some repairs, but where asking if she drop the rent down bye maybe 200 and we do the repairs. God please asking for prays that she well accept us as she wants it rented and has not got it rented yet. That she well agree that we give her first months rent on the 15th of this month. and she doesn't have to do no credit report. as our credit is not that greatess but where always on time with our payments and we are both employed with good jobs. Praying that everything goes well today when we meet up with her as we desperately need our own place. staying at my husbands sister place at the meantime. And we really want our own place.And we have our daughter already register at a school here where she is bussed to school and our son is still living at our old area at a friends house so he could finish his schooling.As he is in grade 12.God Please answer my prayers for me and my family.
