Prayer Request
I need an answer to my relationship problem. I have a relationship for about 4 years now. I really love this guy and I feel he is the one. I am really scared to loose him. Both of our parents doesn't like for this to happen because of our religion difference. And we both doesn't want to get married without our parents blessing. I am willing to stay with him without getting married to someone else. But recently he said if I didn't move on or try to ruin my life by waiting for this to happen which will never happen because of our parents, he is going to get married to someone his parents wants. I really don't want to get married to someone else and I really doesn't want to see him getting married to someone else. I'm so confused and scared.

You need your parents blessings. But more importantly you need GOD'S blessings. Marriage is hard enough when 2 ppl believe the same thing. It will catastrophically hard when your beliefs are not the same. You'll need to agree on how to pray when times are hard. But how can you when you don't believe the same thing. I pray God will give you the strength to move beyond the intense feeling of "love" to a place of peace to let go of what will result in more challenges than happiness
