Dear Lord, I have been through so much turmoil. I miss my children and grandchildren. I feel so lost. My heart hurts. I have a horse I can't ride due to many surgeries since March 2023. My son and his wife are leaving for Italy in a week and I will worry the entire time they are gone. I Just finished my last surgery and I am in OT. I pray every day. Please forgive me for anything I may have done wrong and please watch over my children. Amen
