Been suffering a low hemoglobin for almost a year and having this pain in my lower abdomen, and also having an ovarian cyst at the left ovary, i am afraid of a surgical operation and one big reason is i am financially incapacitated, hope that God will make a way for me to overcome all this obstacle in my life, i still have a 6 year old son who needs my love and attention. Please help me pray.
