Please pray that I change my life around so that I will be a better person.

Please pray for me..I have picked up some extremely bad habits and it could cost me my life.I have prayed GOD has answered all my prayers but I continue to go backwards. I am weak.I don't want to continue to do these things but I always management to fall right back into it. I would be so grateful if you would say a prayer for me.I know GOD has something for me to do and I don't want to disappoint HIM. I NEED TO CHANGE my ways..thinking,doing,and acting. I want to get closer to GOD. In JESUS name I pray. Amen.
