I am struggling with my weight and have been for quite a while. I am beginning to believe I truly have a food addiction/eating disorder. I fear developing diabetes and if I don't get this weight off, I may be looking at a knee replacement. I know I can do this with God's help. I just don't have confidence in myself. I so need pray.
