This is a blessing to be able to share with you the quest that I've endured to Find my Daddy!! I was born to my parents who met in California, My Dad is from Ohio, My Mother is from Louisiana. My Dad was not aware of this about my mom at all. You may have to take a look at the map to see where those states are to understand the Blessing! They were both happy in love during my conception and birth, Both prayed for me from the womb. Both Loved me unconditionally. At the time I learned that my Dad was protective. My mom was young, full of Life and wanted to have fun. And she did, my Dad took me from her and took me from our home to Ohio, and kept me there for 2 years to ensure my safety. His mother, my grandmother and his daughters, my sisters ensured that I was cared for. My mom on the other hand was in California unaware of my whereabouts until she received a phone call from my grandmother, who informed her of my location. She in turn flew in to retrieve me without my Daddy being aware and brought me to Louisiana. Now, I have located him since, it took me 32 years to find him. I've searched from a very young age with only knowing his name and that I was born in California. I've felt empty my whole life until I found him. I've experienced trying to go to college and not know what I wanted to do. Felt like something was different about me. I found interest in Funeral Services after I prayed and asked God for guidance, and didn't understand why my interest was there. The school I attended lost that course, so I gave up school all together. Went into the work force in Loan Services. Used the search engine to gain information to locate Him, with only his name and where I was born. Took the info that I found to my Mother and she made mention that she doesn't remember his last name having an "S" on the end, cause everything that I was finding was out of California. And he was not listed there. So I went back to work the following day following my Mothers lead. And lo behold a list of names came up in Ohio. The 1st one I took and reversed to get a number and called..... I explained who I was, where I was born and who I was looking for. To God be the Glory it was my Brother who then informed me that Our dad had been indeed looking for a girl child all of these years and that he would contact him fore, took my information. Shortly thereafter, My Daddy called me and I knew from the sound of his voice, that he was truly indeed my Daddy. There was a whale that came from my gut, through my body and out of my mouth that was so profound that it brought me to my knees, knowing that I found my Daddy. I've since visited found 7 brothers and sisters, 1 sister is lost like I was, one Brother is in California. I was able to meet my Grandmother and His Wife. A host of Nieces and Nephews, Aunts and Uncles, Cousins and other family members. A whole life. Mind you I am an only child by my Mother.
