Lord give me strength to do your will, discernment to know your will from worldly expectations, understanding to better apply myself to your will. I humbly ask for the desires of my heart for my family, a kinder, gentler, more forgiving heart, and courage to be a better Christ-follower. In the NAME ABOVE ALL NAMES, I pray. Amen.

Lord help me to think, speak, act and model loving kindness, justice, forgiveness and servant leadership. Push me to live for you, all I am, your creation, your design, your plan, Lord for YOU.

Lord, you know the desires of my heart, you also know my sins. Please forgive me for being judgmental, proud, selfish, anxious, weak in faith, and insecure. I thank you for my family, vocation, health, resources, opportunities and talents. Please help me to accept things that are beyond my control, help me to be more loving, kind, and forgiving. I pray for employment opportunities for those in my life that are unemployed, I pray for healing for the sick and food and shelter for the hungry and homeless. I especially pray for a hedge of protection around my children, my husband, his children and our extended families. May the Holy Spirit, the power of Christ, and the love of the Father be with all. Please help me practice patience. I pray for employment for family members, for academic success for my children, for safety and protection from the enemy both physically, mentally, & spiritually. Lord, I thank you for my parents, family and friends, I ask for your peace, comfort, and healing for Cyndi, Jen, Mary, Gary, Steph, Ethel, Terri, Sherri, and all those who are struggling with pain, illness, and ailments. Lord, give me patience and strength to do your will. I especially pray that I may remain local for my son to complete HS here. I know nothing is impossible with you Lord. I also know your plan for each of us is better than anything we could construct. Let your will be done in me Lord, whatever it may be and wherever it may lead. AMEN

I pray that my eyes, mind and heart will be open to do God's will in my life both at home with my family and in my work. Help me Lord discern in all of the chaos of this world what direction I should go, help me trust in your word and in your plan for me. Father, you know the desires of my heart. Help me to be more disciplined in your word, help me to keep my focus on you, help me to be supportive of my husband as he struggles with finding work. You brought him into my life. Please bless me with the capability to get us through anything with your help. I pray for our children that they may realize your love and blessings as a necessity and begin to build more of a relationahip with you. amen
