please pray for me ..to help me become a better man

please pray for me , so that I give up smoking and my other weakness , I want change for the better and I want the Lord to bless my family My Mother and Father , I want peace and love to come and stay with us at Home and mostly in our hearts ...

i am just living in my past and find it difficult to let go of all the bad and hurt inside of me ..my weakness is that i cant focus and be head strong , i live in denial and I am in constant war with my self as my weak heart is always taking the best of me , I keep anger within and I dont like the way i am become , pray that I get over all my weakness of the mind and heart and i learn to let go and be happy and grateful for every little blessing in my life ..GOD have mercy on me and Help and Guide me to become strong in the heart and Mind
