Please pray for Jacob a precious little one year old who has had the toughest time in his year on earth. He has multiple health issues, is almost deaf and blind, is bloated by medications, and now is in hospital fighting for his life. He has been bleeding from his nose and bringing up blood, throwing up and fluid coming back up his feeding tube, he was given till he was one to live, his birthday just a few weeks ago. Mum and dad very strong but is a huge strain on them both and the rest of the family. He is on a drip and the doctors are saying that it looks like his body is shutting down.
