Please pray that God keeps showing me The Way. and that I'm fulfilling the reason for my life, Gods Purpose: love him and others, doing good works with practicum, and feel so at one with God. I'm helping the outcasts and lepers of today's society...were a low barrier center, and unless someone very abusive, we accept them. I'm doing practicum at The DOWNTOWN EAST SIDE WOMEN CENTER. 4 those that don't know, it's literally the poorest postal code in North America. Vancouver's skid row, the addiction, prostitution, mental illness, crime, poverty, abuse and if they have housing, AWFUL!!! Just a room with rest of "hotel" that shares bathroom. All of them using and if u have anything of value, ur door kicked in!!! and the most hopeless and despairing area to be working in, yet, God sent me, I live in beautiful area of Vancouver and am a recovered addict, the foundation of my recovery is Jesus - many rock bottoms I haven't hit, I've asked God to send me where i can offer hope and light and perhaps lead them 2 HIM, who sent me, who's within all of us. The POWER of PRAYER cant be UNDERESTIMATED!!! I want prayers for all those that suffer in the world, for my latest sponsee, and my future there or in community service, thanks 2 all, god bless.xoxoox
