I'm not one to usually post stuff like this but I do believe in the power of prayer. I'm 2 1/2 weeks from closing on my daughters and my first new place and found out today my transmission on my car is shot and needs to be rebuilt! Somewhere in the $2,000.00 price tag in the end. It's my only vehicle and I can't take out a loan for the repairs because of the house financing pending. Just an ugly circle I'm caught in! If I get Rural Development financing I will not need a down payment and then could use the money I've been saving for that to go to rebuilding the transmission. Please send prayers my way that Rural Development accepts my loan with no down payment so I can pay to have my transmission fixed. Thank you!
