I have been working in Assisted/Nursing Homes for 4 years now.. VERY HARD JOB!! You get to KNOW your Residents~ Better then their own Families I DID THE VERY~VERY BEST THAT I COULD!! I Know This Because My Residents TRUSTED ME!!! If they Heard my Voice~ They Did NOT Want ""Someone Else"" Taking care of them~ They WANTED ""ME""!! I Was ~~~HONEST TO THEIR FAMILIES~~~ and it turned out that I Was I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO BE!!!! I Was "RAISED ~~NOT TO LIE~~!!! IF It Was One Of MY FAMILY MEMBERS IN THERE~~~ I Would Want to Know ~EVERYTHING CONCERNING MY LOVED ONE~~IT SHOULD BE MY """RIGHT"""!!!! But Not Where I Worked!! I Was ""OVER HEARD Telling A Family Member "Something" And WAS ""FIRED""!!! The Hardest thing is~~ I am 62 and Did Not Graduate!! Back then we were Raised to Be Housewives and Mothers'! So Schooling was Rather Easy! They Passed You weather you learned things OR NOT!!! I Managed to Get My ~~~`S T N A~~~ Licence! Passed with Flying Colors~ Because I was TRULY INTERESTED IN WHAT MY JOB WAS ABOUT!!! TAKING GOOD CARE OF THOSE WHO ARE COMING TO THEIR END!!!! But NOW~ You Have to Go Through HELL and HIGH WATER to Get a Job ANYWHERE!!! Technology you know!! No One CARES How Good You Are~~ They Care About """THE PAPER WORK"""!! PLEASE~PLEASE Think of me in Your Next Prayer!!! Depression IS REALLY GETTING INSIDE MY SOUL!! THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE!!! I KNOW GOD IS BLESSING EVERYONE OF US~ IN """HIS"" TIME!!
