I have been suffering from severe panic attacks for years now. Sometimes I feel that i can't breathe at all. This issue has affected my life for quite a while now. I cannot live my life like other people because this disorder keeps me from doing things that someone else might not find difficult.

Some people do not understand how severe this issue is for me to deal with. Because I am limited to what I can do, this has also caused major depression. I have been on medicine for years, been through therapy, and any other measures that might help me. I hope that one day that i might be able to live my life without having to take medications.
