My heart is heavy and I want nothing but peace. I have finished paying for a property all by myself and I want to transfer the title to my daughter but my estranged husband who was a co-signer as spouse do not want to sign the documents. Please help me in praying for God to touch hearts and send people so I can do what I want without resorting to further misunderstanding and mess in our lives.

Please help me pray for my children, that Irene be able to clean up her debts soon and learn the best ways to manage her financial so that she may be honest and open to her husband. Please pray that my Regine's tooth surgery on Wednesday goes well without any problems and that may she recover fast. In the meantime, may she be spared of so much pain.
