My husband and I have applied for an apartment and we got a call saying that we were denied because of his background check but found out that someone had been using his identification else where and therefore we had to submit paperwork stating that this person be investigated as my husband has always had a good background. Asking that the process of the paperwork to be investigated goes smoothly and as quickly as possible so that we can move into our new place soon as I start a new job next month and that we can get the apartment that we viewed as it has everything we have ever wanted in one.
