God I am physically challenged and it is such a different experience for me because I am a Type A, very independent and so accustomed to providing or giving help. Please inspire my Facebook friends and any one else that wants to.....to pray that I can learn to accept help, to ask for help, and to be grateful for all who willingly help me to accomplish tasks that make me feel so helpless. I have had four back surgeries and I am fused from S-1 to L-5 (my entire lumbar area) which stops at my waist and I have two titanium steel rods that run on either side of my spine to where my neck begins and steel plates that are on either side where my shoulder blades are. I can not bend over, reach up, twist or turn my head, and the list goes on, please pray that I will get over this deep depression and be thankful to God that I can stand and walk, which I could not do before. Pray for me to be more grateful, humble and overcome my present state of mind.
