My husband is Bi-polar and he put me in a position with the Unemployment Commission by using my card after I was not supposed to use it anymore. They are trying to charge me with fraud. I have appealed the decision because I truly did not know what was going on. Please pray that they are knowledgeable about mental health issues and don't hold me accountable. I have power of attorney over him so pressing charges is not an option here in NC.
