i am a single mom i own a duplex and i work very hard in a hospital at least 50 hours a week taking care of our elderly patients .. i rent out the apartment next door my tennants havent paid rent for going on 5 months they are also doing all kinds of damage to my apartment they wont pay rent and they wont leave the legal system is taking forever to help me im scared im going to lose my life long home to damages and lack of rent wich is making it harder to pay the bills im 53 and its hard to work so hard and so many hours god please i need help
