I Know exactly how you feel. I suffer though the same thing. Surrender your thoughts to Jesus that is the first step. I have to take Meds for my Illness it Helps, but doe's not help all the time.,. I would recommend Therapy it helps alot. I will be Praying for please Pray for me <3

I also pray for easying my anxiety and depression to leave. I am retired and care for my grandchildren, They are awesome. I know it is suppose to come from within, dam I am really suffering this one out. I would like to have at lease a GUY PAL to do stuff, have not had a date in so many years.
