Prayers for my father, please. He did something to his left foot a couple of weeks ago while doing some gardening (he thinks) and since then he has trouble moving the foot up and down, and the other day it collapsed out from under him, causing him to fall on the floor. He has a doctor appointment in a couple of days to see what might be wrong and get a referral to a specialist.

Prayers also for a friend of mine who's gone through a rough period the last couple of months. Things seem to have gotten better in that respect, but he's barely been able to sleep in that time, maybe 19hrs a week at most. He's been to the doctor and had a sleep study done, but they could find nothing wrong. Please pray for help so he can start sleeping better soon.
