Dear Lord, I pray for my family, especially my parents. Help us to love and forgive each other as You have forgiven us so the enemy can get no foothold through hate or bitterness. Fix our thoughts, Lord Jesus, on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. Help us to think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise so Your peace will guard our mind. Keep Satan at bay by calming our emotions with the peace of Your presence. Lord, Jesus, guard our mouth so that our words will be few. Help us to be slow to anger. Don’t let us speak reckless words that can pierce like swords. Instead, give us a tongue that brings healing. Thank You.
