Praying for peace for you. I had anxiety attacks for 20 years. I'm not a health professional, but here's what helped me: Try to practice relaxation and controlled breathing so you don't feel faint from hyperventilating. Make sure you're eating regularly and drinking plenty of water, also so you won't feel dizzy. The more you tighten up, the more pain there is. Mental stress can cause physical stress.
