I need prayers for my health. I have not been taking care of my diabetes and it is beginning to affect my kidneys. I am struggling with making healthy choices. I have given up and at the point where it is what it is! ONLY GOD CAN CHANGE ME. HE WILL SO IT ASCI FOLLOW HIM!
