My children and I are in need of prayers. I am trying to get full legal custody of my children and having a pre hearing coming up. My ex husband has been physically, verbally, emotionally and mentally abusive towards my daughter and son. He has not hit my son but he has hit my daughter on different occasions and the last time he gave her a black-eye, shook her and threw her down. And he has been allowing his girlfriend to purchase and contribute alcohol to my daughter. His girlfriend and my daughter have been getting intoxicated together almost every weekend. My ex was aware and continued to allow it to happen. My daughter is only 14. All of this has been reported to appropriate authorities but I don’t know what the status is yet. He has made threats, tried to manipulate my children and use scare tactics so I would not pursue legal action for the abuse and alcohol consumption. The difficult part is, my son has been so withdrawn over at his dads, he is unaware of how serious the problem is and has been for quite some time. He is in denial. Please pray that my children will be protected, they will not succumb to their fathers manipulation and scare tactics and the court will rule in my favor to keep my children away from the environment?
