Feels like anxiety is eating me alive. Called an ambulance because I thought I was having a heart attack. I wasn’t. Losing weight due to stress. I’m in a bad spot. Prayers that God our Almighty Lord will deliver me from this anxiety that is crippling me. God please I beg of you to save me.
